Pathways To Dogwood: Application Process
In order to facilitate the most expedient time frame for potential students interested in enrolling in the P2D program, please follow these steps:
- Make an appointment with either: Nadine Israel, Program Coach at 250-314-9959 ext 103 ~ nisrael@bcamta.ca, or Sharon McLeod, Program Coach, 250-314-9959 ext 106 ~ mcleod@bcamta.ca to fill out the necessary documents, including the P2D referral form.
- Once you have completed the first step, please make an appointment with Carol Holmes, P2D Coordinator at 250- 828-5350 ~ cholmes@tru.ca and ensure that you have a copy [or make arrangements to have them mailed directly to Carol] of your TOWES assessment results and a transcript of the last school that you attended.
- You will be required to fill out various forms at your appointment so please set aside at least 1 hour for this appointment.
- Ensure that the telephone and email addresses are accurate and if there are any changes, please notify us A.S.A.P. as these are the 2 ways we will communicate with you.
